How do I connect with customer service

I have submitted a ticket using the steps on the screen but I realized my woot account has the old email address which I no longer have access too. I tried changing the email address but kept running into errors.

It’s the weekend, but I left a note for staff.

They changed the email address update where you’ll need to set up a call with customer service so they can verify some things.

New process to update your email addresson Woot:

Write in with the information, requesting the change.
CS will email back asking for a callback time, phone number, etc.
CS will call them, get the info again, and hopefully make the change.

Removed email addresses. Customer has been pointed to customer service.

I have still not heard from the customer service. I sent them an email again asking them to email me or call me. Any other way to let them know that I am waiting from 10 days to get in touch with them?
