I’d say it’s a variation of the earlier shirt.woot Abraca-huagh(sic), where the top hat was puking up rabbits and such. Also, I think that vomiting rainbows isn’t necessarily a “it came from one guy” idea.
Just be glad the shirt isn’t about rain or hail.

One birthday, drinks came back up in reverse color order. Might have been a skittle or two, but no cloud.
