How do you or can you do a search for an item?

Sorry, Woot doesn’t offer a search at this time.
You can search the forums and sort by latest topic for an item.
I don’t think Woot realizes how many more sales they would get if they had a search function. I shop Woot often and also share items with friends that I think they would like, and it is so frustrating to spend time trying to find an item or figure out which category it may be in. Or when I click on an item and then use the back key and then can’t get back to it without finding the category again or the original email of which I saw something that interested me. I know I would buy a lot more if they had a search function.

If you know there’s an item you want to look at again, bookmark it.
The search is on the wish list but their stock changes so fast its a pretty big project for such a small site.

It’s BEYOND FRUSTRATING to search for products WITHOUT a search function??? Are we supposed to look through thousands of things just to find or not find what we are looking for? It’s ridiculous. Sorry won’t be recommending this website to friends. DONT need friends pist at me because they can’t SEARCH for something they want! No one has hours to spend to try to find what they are looking for.

hard to do on original woot, but the same company is running a live beta prototype next-gen site that has product search.

Exactly! Its extremely frustrating to not be able to search for a specific item you are looking to purchase.

Try www.WootPlus.com. Recently developed, pages load fast, loads items by newest first by default. Search by keywords that you know are in the title. Create a wishlist, handy since Woot doesn’t have a Save For Later option.
I found it helpful to go to forums and do a search for an item I’m looking for.
