[MOD: That seems to be for the G2. We’re selling the G1.]

Can I upgrade the video card in this? It looks like a tight fit, but all the money I’m saving on this deal I want to get one of those sweet GT 980 cards and stuff it in there. Maybe a Radion?

You absolutely can not. No.

Finally, the desktop I’ve been needing for my Barbie Dreamhouse desk. Perfect fit.

I am sad that this does not come with a tiny mouse and tiny keyboard.

Does this unit come with a HDMI port?
Not mentioned in the specs

no HDMI port. It has a DisplayPort instead which would require an adapter.

Thanks

Totally confused. This description says 705 G1 but the picture and specs are basically for the 705 G2. Which one would I be getting?

Attach a USB 3.0, large capacity hard drive and this could make for a decent file server / network storage.

I doubt it would work for streaming video, but just to keep your stuff together and fully accessible across a home network this could be just the ticket.

Duct tape. Lots of duct tape.

Why do you doubt that it would work for streaming video? An A8 should be capable, shouldn’t it? I was actually thinking about picking one of these up to use as an HTPC.

An A8 is perfectly capable of streaming and playing full 1080p HD video. I have an A6 in my HTPC and it has performed flawlessly.

Will this work in a Mac?

What resolutions and refresh rates does this support?

What? This is a computer.

Can I install CENTOS on this? Preferably 6 or 7?

This would make a great PC for viewing video files since it is Win 7 Pro and therefore should include the Windows Media Center which stopped being supported in Win 7. It’s just too bad you didn’t include a HDMI port since that would have made it perfect!
