Why fax when you can scan and email?

If this does not have mimeograph functionality, I’m going to need to pass. Please …all-in-one is more like all-in-none.

On a more serious note- inkjets are a waste. Once you go laser, you’ll never go back. No more cartridges going dry, no more waiting for the printer to prime the cartridges. I’ve tried all the different brands. Spend the extra now and save $$ and frustration in the long run by going laser.

I dunno…but if the recipient only has a fax machine, then email won’t help.

While I agree with you on laser for printing these types of all in ones are also used for scanning, copying and faxing. Most consumer class laser printers I’ve seen lately don’t have that option and if they do they can get pretty expensive. So unless laser printing tech has changed and all in one laser printers are cheap this is a decent compromise when it comes to cost vs versatility.

(A small consumer laser printer as a workhorse unit with this primarily for copying and scanning would be a good combination for home or office, though.)
