FYI, the replacement filter set costs as much as the purifier ($39 on Amazon) so might as well buy 2 or 3 and use one at a time.
This thing is loud as heck, I regret buying it.
Does anybody know how much wattage this purifier uses on high speed (or max wattage)? The picture of the back of the purifier that has the label is too small to read the power usage. The user manual curiously doesn’t have any specs pages that mention it either. Thanks.
All I can find is this from Google AI: The Hunter HP670 True HEPA Air Purifier uses 297.4604 kWh/year and 0.27 partial on mode power. Most HEPA air purifiers use around 50-100 watts of energy every hour based on the airflow speed.
Of course it is vague on which speed and mode they’re actually using.
I just checked using a Watt meter: Low - 30 Watts, Medium - 40 Watts, High - 46 Watts. Hope this helps!
