I ordered a pair of hunter boots, tall size 9, and I’m never heard anything from you or about shipment or anything

Hi there. If you check your order history, they were delivered on March 30.

I ordered the short boots in women’s size 10 and received size 8. I emailed and was told the inventory is exhausted and it couldn’t be fulfilled. I told the rep to keep trying to locate the correct size and they immediately issued me a return. Now a week or so later, the boots are for sale again in size 10 so I emailed them back saying I wanted the correct size and they again said they weren’t available and issued me another return. Why can’t I be sent the correct size?

I’m not sure why this happens , but I know unless you’re an analyst or a tech team, building and revising business platforms take some time (sometimes a year) to implement changes. Frustrating nonetheless. I ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair I knew they would not have in stock if I cancelled the whole order. (This was last week or so.) I sent an email requesting to keep one pair and not the other. I received an email that the whole order was cancelled. Disappointing yes, but not CS’s fault. They can only see inventory that I’m guessing is not in ‘real time’, and their capabilities are similar to ours. Basic. I’m sure it frustrates them as well. Get those boots! (Actually that’s what I wanted to cancel). I wanted to keep sandals and not the boots. Good vibes for good boots being sent your way fellow Wooter.:raised_hands::raised_hands::raised_hands:

Hi there. CS has put a replacement order for you. You do still need to return the other pair with the return label you received.
