These arrived and holy wootfart they smell rancid. I’ve washed them to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
Otherwise, I’m screwed in the “no refunds you washed it” loops.

Yeah, just reach out to customer service. I don’t think washing it would be a problem in this instance.
I don’t know if you’d soak them in some baking soda & water if it would help or not.
For sure let CS know though.

My brother has had luck hanging stuff outdoors with a dryer sheet in each arm and wherever else you can hang it.
