Yeah I use the email submission form to send a message but I haven’t got any message back. Not even a confirmation that the message was received

They don’t send confirmation emails.
Response time is typically 24-48 hours but it could take longer.
CS will email the address on your Woot account. If that’s different from your Amazon account, you’ll want to look there.
Always look in the spam folder.

Also only got one brush. Since it’s happened multiple times, I’m guessing they meant to only sell one but didn’t edit the title probably. Still on them to fix it though.

Customer service responded promptly and professionally. This customer has been sufficiently serviced.

Customer service responded to my email and offered me a refund since they couldn’t send a replacement. Good job woot!

Just received ours and there is only ONE.
Last I checked, one is not a two pack

Please contact CS as noted above. I think a few of these got split up.
