Yeah I got screwed too + I still havenāt got an email back from support.
Yeah I use the email submission form to send a message but I havenāt got any message back. Not even a confirmation that the message was received
They donāt send confirmation emails.
Response time is typically 24-48 hours but it could take longer.
CS will email the address on your Woot account. If thatās different from your Amazon account, youāll want to look there.
Always look in the spam folder.
