just go to ross and buy a $10 one and stick a stanley logo on it
Could you imagine if this was included in the WootOff? What would send Wooters to the VoP faster - a BoC or a Stanley?
They listed a bunch of stanley products at midnite…every single 1 sold out that hr (save 1)…
Really wanted 1 of the soup cups…sigh ![]()
Theres a handful of 40oz left … I just grabbed two. Shocked it’s still available at 7 am eastern …. Unless Woot cancels my order in a few hours. It took forever on that “hang out to check our inventory” page.
Thx…just grabbed 1 40 oz, n the color i wanted, yay…and 10% off…double yay…
Hope they put up more soup jugs!
Oh yay!! What color did you want / get?
Cool serene brushstroke…so pretty ![]()
Woot what is you doing bby? So I bought two (because twins) and neither one came with straws and two, they were mailed in bags with no protection so what do I do here? Expensive paperweight?
Oh that stinks. Here’s the CS blurb, they’ll help you out.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
Yup had similar issue. Both arrived today. One is boxed nicely. The other mailed loose with no straw. The loose one is all scratched up - I thought theses were new and not scratch/dent items. The scratches are a bummer but no straw is really disappointing. I just emailed CS.
I’m guessing it’s a warehouse oops. I bought two of the 30s and they both arrived perfectly fine. Customer service will help you out.
I will never understand the need for an excessive number of reusable cups. 1 is all that is needed. Tervis for the win. Or maybe Takeya.
