It’s both. It’ll fit either a full or queen size bed.

That’s odd. A full size mattress and a queen size mattress are definitely not the same size. Oh well, GLWS.
A queen is 6 inches wider and 5 inches longer than a full. I guess they figure they’re close enough to be used on either.
