Skim milk has more protein and tends to have more lactose.
Cheap@ me, I buy whole milk and dilute ~ 9:1 with water.
Lactase enzyme is inducible in gut. You can develop some tolerance incrementally.

Chinese/Taiwanese method of preserving/pickling eggs in a mild solution of sodium hydroxide. Soy sauce, diced green onions, red peppers, and a few slivers of ginger kick it way up.
They eat it with porridge for breakfast as seen below; often with a fried donut like pastry. Yes, itâs yummy.
They do not make âeggnogâ - only in (un)reality shows.

Used to have a lunch body at work who constantly complained about a bland food. One day he pulled out a small bottle (about 6 oz.,) of hot sauce from his locker. He bought it in his native specialty store. I tried a tiny drop and cried instantly, and practically attached myself to the water faucet. With burning mouth, sinuses and troath, I was powerless to finish my lunch. He giggled, finished his lunch, then gazzled that bottle of sauce to the bottom. He then patted his stomach with a happy face and said simply âthatâs betterâ.

I like all of them, but black label is my favorite! Itâs warm but to me a great balance of spice and flavor. Normally the hotter you go the less flavor.
