I am trying to check-out with a checkout code. IGN has an article that mentioned first time buyers would get an additional discount, but when I go to checkout, I don’t see the new price being reflected. Could somebody give me some help/guidance on this please
Hello. If the code is still valid, you’ll see the discount on the final page in the subtotal. The final page is the one with the “Place Order” button.
Yes, the code is still valid. It shows the discount being provided with the code, however it is not showing the discount as a new customer/first time buyer. I am looking at the “Place Order” page.

yes correct. that link for purchasehistory shows: “You haven’t purchased anything yet.”

I was able to remove it from my cart and add it again, and it accepted the proper pricing this time. Thank you
