What is this thing? And why is it needed?
You plug it into an outlet for 4 outlets, 2 USB A ports, and 1 Type-C port.
never seen this product before, but it looks pretty good. I can always use more outlets and this appears more lower-profile and flexible than a lot of the other charging solutions I have.

…which is a program where people with a history of highly rated reviews can get free stuff from Amazon in exchange for using it and writing a review.
Theoretically not biased (the free stuff is from Amazon, not the manufacturer) but maybe not someone who would have otherwise bought the product.
But I still can’t plug a surge protector into it, right? Cuz my big problem is that I have a two plug outlet and I need more plugs for my Belkin 12-plug surge protectors. Both are full, can you believe?!

You have to have a history of highly rated reviews, so if you lie a lot, your review ratings will eventually tumble. Though I do feel parts of the ratings-to-Vine system is arbitrary.
