The iliving mounted fan states it can be left outdoors. This fan does not state that in it’s description. It’s an indoor fan? Or at least should not be left outdoors and exposed to rain/wet conditions?

Yes, per the linked manual, it’s intended for indoor use.

I spent that much for some bigass floor fans for drying out the clubhouse when it flooded. They were from Southernlands, so not the cheapest place in town but they were there, and I needed them right then.
You can pay $210 for the model that does oscillate on Amazon.
