I think that we’ll be seeing a lot more people these days with the increased popularity of WOOT. But I think this will benefit all of us as they will probably be able to offer even lower prices. I am looking forward to WOOT 2.0. Should be pretty interesting to see what they come up with.

I mean look how quickly the mp3 players sold out. I am sure the increased numbers had something to do with it.

WHat I hope that the next version has code in it to not allow sites like the one you hawk each and every day to not be posted there. All teh spam and con sites could be put in a database and just replaced with random sites (i.e. BigUns.com, et.al.)

Actually, most of the rest of us are sick of the spamming too, we just don’t talk about it and usually wish it would go away or that some mod will hold up to the woot forum rules and delete the entire post. We let people like Mike fight for us. We obey the forum rules, and wish you would to, or if you don’t, we wish woot would delete your woot acct just 30 seconds before the new item so it screws you over. That’s what the punishment should be.

Here are the woot forum rules since you apparently missed them when you signed up:

i just thought of a great idea… in addition to the whiner’s list, there could be a spammer’s list and/or a sick of spammers list. not only would this clearly show how some people need to drop dead, but it would also provide a way of showing ol’ pete how there are a lot more than 5 who are sick of him and his damn ‘deals’ :!
