Instant Pot Pod, 3-in-1 Coffee Maker

Instant Pot Pod, 3-in-1 Coffee Maker

Apparently these machines tend to last about 2 years before the espresso side gives out and stops working.

Other than that the feedback is pretty great, including taste when comparing with Nespresso official machines (only critiques being there are sometimes grounds that make it in).

Sketch but intrigued I have a coffee challenge to complete.

Mine lasted until out of warranty. My favorite coffee maker but the longevity of my sample was not good. No K-Cup “bold” setting, useful for iced coffee which I seldom make (Windy City). Nespresso side has a 2 oz. setting which helps weak Nespresso capsules. I never used the ground coffee basket.

I used the “Bold” button under the power button.
Was this discontinued? I can’t find the user manual.

I think it might be this one.

Anyone else having trouble with their new coffee maker? I can’t even get through the initial brews with water because the machine won’t pump any water from the tank. The tank is full and attached, and I did take out the red plug…I did clean all the needles…it shouldn’t need descaling when it’s new, and I couldn’t run a cleaning cycle anyway with a non-working pump. I’ve tried all the solutions I could find online and next will try to get through to Customer Service.

I’ve had the exact same issue. Have you found an answer to it?

You’ll probably need to contact customer service for a replacement/return.
They’ll have some options for you. Here’s the blurb.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
