This coffee maker is great! I have had 2 of them for about 2 years now. One at my moms and one at my house. My husband, who is notoriously picky about the products I buy, even likes this machine and the coffee it makes. Just clean it with a descaler, more frequently than its reminder telling you to do so, and it will run like a champ for you. Also, a little tip provided by a reviewer on YouTube…press the coffee pod down onto the lower needle by hand, THEN close the top cover onto the pod.
