I purchased 2 of these NEW iRobot Braava’s. I sent one to my sister and it arrived with a bad electrical cord. I contacted customer service for iRobot and seriously got the run around about getting a replacement cord. After countless emails, video and phone calls regarding the warranty etc. I bought a replacement cord on Amazon.
It turns out it was the cord. I sent another email with the receipt requesting a refund for the cord and never heard back. I have never ever had a company dig their heels in about replacing a stupid cord. I hope nothing else goes wrong. Just be aware their customer service is less than one star in my book.
Sorry they’re being jerks. Reach out to Woot customer service and explain the issue and include a copy of the receipt.
I just received this message today and they say in an email to me that Woot Amazon is not an authorized dealer. Here is a copy of the message.:

I am telling you this company is a nightmare. They are horrible and not nice and I would not ever buy anything from iRobot again.
So new products that Woot sells as new are not authorized by the manufacturer? That’s what I wanna know.?

Exactly, that’s what I thought and so I’m dealing with these idiots. Who just told me that Amazon./Woot are not authorized to sell their products at iRobot! So I’m supposed to send back all new products sold on woot to get any kind of warranty service meaning get my money back or get any kind of service? I have all the emails they sent me. Maybe you guys need to look into this because this is a serious problem if you ask me I’ve dealt with this for over two weeks now I have copies of the emails ifWoot/Amazon wants them back because I’m not the only person that’s gonna have issues here. I have never had any issues and I’ve been a big supporter of your website and app for well over 15 years so I don’t get it. I robot is a company. Maybe you shouldn’t be dealing with his name is Hugo@iRobot and he’s supposed to be a supervisor of some sort who knows he just shut me down.

For the short term, just reach out to Woot customer service and tell them what you need/want and explain how iRobot isn’t playing nice.

Here’s my receipt for Amazon for the electrical cord. I purchased to replace the one for my sister.

Funny now they’re sending me emails to get supplement insurance for my purchase through them at iRobot. This is hilarious when you think about it. Amazon/Woot beware. Please stop dealing with these people. They are not a good company. They’re probably going downhill fast.
