Cannot set up virtual walls through the app. You must have the physical device to establish virtual walls

We’ve had this model for 2.5 years. It works great, and I have no regrets. BUT, at about year two it starts needing replacement parts - battery, roller assembly, dirt bin (where the “suction” motor is). It starts to get expensive…
