That is some grim news. Thanks for sharing. I own two j7+roombas currently. Over the years I have owned 5 roombas. These are the best I have used. I know friends with other brands but haven’t seen a need to change with the quality and features. With pets and the p.o.o.p. Promise has saved us a few times.
