The reviews aren’t really selling it…
This thing is worthless. It gets stuck or gets it’s bumper stuck a lot. It has not completed one single job without having an issue or two: I’m constantly having to go find it or return it to its base. On top of that it can never seem to get in the charger correctly no matter how I position it. Don’t waste your money!

@ DanGrossman, The users who left reviews on Amazon purchased goods from an unauthorized reseller. The i4 Renewed reviews paint a more real picture.
I agree. Biggest mistake I ever made was buying a Roomba i4. Nothing but problems, and tech support is useless. they tell you to either reboot it, or factory reset it. It would go back and forth trying to find the base, get stuck, just stop. It also took it many hours when it did complete a cleaning cycle, with many trips back to charge. I sold it after 10 months of grief and bought a Roborock Q7 max. It is outstanding and no issues after 6 weeks of using it. Also completes the job in 2:10 on a single charge. It mops too !!!
I tried to buy it through the app and on my laptop and get to checkout to find "Item could not be found.
" It doesn’t say it is sold out but it isn’t letting me buy it either.
I have the i4 (bought from Costco) and while it sometimes does quirky stuff like getting lost, 90% of the time it is great. Comparing it to the Q7 max is a little unfair since that is more than double the price.

It’s still an issue. I removed it from my cart and re-added it, still showing “Item could not be found”.
Yep, we’re looking into it. Tried to fix one thing and broke another. Ain’t that always the way.

I bought 2 when they were on sale as reconditioned. They look new and working just fine meeting all expectations!! Great buy at this price for new with 2 yrs warranty!!
