Following. Experiencing the same issue. Have tried signing in/out but getting the following message: “Something didn’t add up when we tried to create your order. Please review your order carefully and try again.”
When using an incognito browser experiencing an infinite checkout loop.
Looks like it’s up and running again.
Fingers crossed that I don’t have to cancel any batched orders… ![]()

With this switch in my cart I have tried multiple times to check out both in different browsers and in the app on iOS and every time I get to the last step where it says it’s processing but then it just goes back to the shopping cart with the item still in the cart! Then I tried to use the Customer Service page at Woot! Support and when I click submit there I get “Oops! We’re currently experiencing a technical issue with our support system. Please try submitting your request again, or feel free to try again later.” What is going on, Woot!?
I’m having this issue now… on desktop and logged into Amz account on Woot.
And endless loop of check out. Also trying to use a TTHH coupon code.

Well… 10 minutes later and using a new tab in Chrome I was able to purchase using a coupon.
And I have a confirmation via email.

Clear cookies.
Restart browser.
Clear Cookies (… menu > Advanced)
Close/Open the app twice to force any updated
Restart device.
