i have both the Ororo and the Iurek heated jackets, and they are both pretty similar. In fact they use the same proprietary battery inputs so the batteries are interchangeable. Note that the printed capability on the Iurek for their batteries are not true, in no way those batteries are 10,000mAh. The Ororo batteries are 5,200mAh and it is bigger, heavier, and last longer than the Iurek batteries!
