I have the charge 4. Can attest to IT’S clarity, range, and bass response. JBL is a great speaker.

This 5, is not backwards compatible for the purposes of linking as L&R, or for party mode using their app.

So if we have the 4, the 5 won’t be able to sync up and play left or right speaker?
