On the specs tab it says: " Some items may be missing due to this product being open box condition"
So that means if the extra ear tips and gel sleeve are missing and the ones that came don 't fit you, then it is just too bad? Not for me, sorry.
We use the same blurb on all our open box items. Most often nothing is missing. You still have a 30-day return policy if you’re unhappy with it.
