Would these work with Nintendo Switch?

Bought these, and struggling to get them to actually talk to the dongle it came with. Contacted support and now dealing with 24-48 hours of wait time. Following the steps to connect causes the headset to just shut off. If I had to again I would probably avoid. They look nice though… Look into the software review prior to buying lots of negative feedback.
Nintendo switch in the documentation shows you plug it in with the audio cord.
These can also not be charged while in wireless mode and do not turn on.
I have plenty of headsets I haven’t ever had an issue with but hopefully this is a fluke. Otherwise I just bought a 70$ brick
Hi there. Which customer support did you contact? If JBL and you don’t have any luck there, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Currently in talks with JBL and they are trying to verify the product for warranty purposes. Will keep you posted if I need additional help.
I got these and have used them with ps5 and with my phone via a usbc to USB adapter that leaves the single sticking out looking like a walkie talkie. I’ve used a lot of Jabra headsets, and so far like the feel and sound quality of these. I haven’t tested the microphone yet, but I have read good and bad on this front.
For my main uses, I definitely am happy with the device, although the dongle’s length is surprising to me. Long dongles are not my thing
