I ordered them and I love them. Great price for them and great sound.
I bought the ear buds in all six different colors for $9.99 almost two years ago. I’m down to three, so I purchased two of each color this time. I don’t know about $12.99 ear buds, but the $9.99 ones work GREAT for me. I use them extensively and they hold up REALLY well. The only problems I’ve had is having the cord get caught on the seats in the bus while exiting. LOL
