OK, I would love to hear from someone who has tried these. They are a bit pricey, buy you know, good things aren’t necessarily cheap. Look at me.

I can buy Rib-Eyes at the grocery store for less $$$ per pound. Premium brats are typically under $10/lb, or basic Johnsonvilles run about $3-5/lb… Are these made with Wagyu beef or something?
