So, an oven?
There was a woman who lived in So Philly just down the block from a good friend.
She had her husband make a brick structure about 3 ft tall x 4 ft wide x 2.5 ft deep that she used as a planter under the front windows. There were 2 openings in the back for the feral cats and she heated it in the winter.
