It says Women’s, yet it shows the Men’s product. Also thought the women’s was an 80L. Pretty sure this is the one-size 90L after comparing dimensions and a 2015 Closeout.
They missed labeled this product it is the mens backpack same as this picture.

I Ordered two of these packs last week. I received a confirmation number via an email. Now I just received another email telling me that my order has been refunded. Anybody have any idea what might have happened?
Same just got the email, I emailed support and havent gotten a response yet. Hang in there I am with you, really looking forward to this pack and my birthday present. (shameless birthday plug)

I’m very sorry. The note I see says “oversold”.
Was there a quantity issue with these that some of us are now getting refunded?
Did anybody else get their order refunded due a “fulfillment error”?
I have been a woot customer for almost 10 years, and have never had any problems with my orders. Sure, I have had items sellout before my order was complete but that is expected. Once you receive a confirmation number, the company should be obligated to fullfill or find a suitable replacment.
I fully agree and have been a Woot customer just as long and never seen this happen. I ordered long before they showed sold out and got confirmation emails as well. Very disappointed if this is the case.

Ordered and immediately received a confirmation email on the 17th and they withdrew money. Now cancelled. I would hope there will be some explanation.

I could understand this from most companies, but not woot. You hold woot-offs where items sell out in seconds, and your software handles that with no problems. Any other store would have gone out of their way to the customer their order, or rain-check.
