The e-book came in bad condition. It is very long and badly used by someone. Chips, scratches, scuffs. The screen is all scratched up. This e-reader cannot be used. I ordered the e-reader in the condition: “Labeled Condition: Used - Good”. But you sent me e-reader in bad condition
