My order was not “fulfilled” - they sent a single, not a TWO-PACK.

Well, poop. I’m sorry about that. Make sure you contact Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

An update: (Woot does a good job!)
I contacted Woot Customer Service.
They sent out a “replacement order”, which turned out to be another single.

In the meantime, today, Woot sent out an email to people who had bought it, and refunded half the price. A minor quibble - they refunded half the pre-tax price. Tax was charged on both originally, so, the refund for the missing half should also have included the tax that had been charged on that missing half.

But, I already received the “replacement order”, so I now have what I had ordered. I’m satisfied that they do a good job of handling the inevitable issues.
