These do not look vaguely like Hitler.
I am disappoint.

Some Happy Buyers

Kinda reminds me of Eva Braun though.

Dang, you beat me to it! (for the record, the JCP tea kettle has more than a vague Hitler resemblance)

A handful of OK reviews (3.6 out of 5.0) over at the O

Perfect reviews over at QVC.com

Kinda looks like his little brother, Antoine.

I own this Kettle ($5 from Goodwill, can’t beat it, brand new, out of the box.) While the seal around the lid isn’t the greatest thing in the world, I love it. It boils quickly, easily heard, the handle rarely gets hot, and it’s easy to clean. Great product in my book, I’d have gladly paid more for it.

From the reviews, it would appear that getting one that whistles is somewhat of a crapshoot.

Is this a good pick?

Can it be used for milk for hot chocolate, or would that leave residue that is a hassle to wash out?

Call me sleepy but I missed the whole Hitler Tea Kettle thing when it was raving. Now call me divergent (from this Woot listing), but it’s a stretch for Hitler in my mind’s eye.

However, I clearly see Betty Boop wearing a black clown nose and earrings (OK, so the bangs are wrong, but I can’t help myself - Ah I see it now - Betty Boop impersonating Hitler - with earrings - That’s it!!) B>D

When I saw the tea kettle in a news teaser, I thought it looked like a woman wearing a thong (maybe laying down?). I was focusing in on the body of the tea kettle and not the handle. I assume that it’s really solid silver or whatever and that’s just a reflection. Maybe my mind is just in the gutter.

I own this and love it. After replacing electric kettles at least once a year, I gave up and got this one and I haven’t been disappointed. I have a gas range with a power boil setting and when I use that, this kettle heats much more quickly than any of the electric ones I’ve had. It whistles perfectly and the the handle doesn’t get too hot. Plus, it is bright red and when sitting in the middle of the range in the middle of my kitchen, it makes me happy just to look at it.

The hitler kettle’s took over the market. They have to woot these now… just wait for the woot off, you’ll see at least 10 different kettle runs

Anybody use this on a glass top electric range? It says not recommended for an induction stove. I don’t have induction but do have a glass top.

I think the JCP kettle looks like a South Park character. Or maybe a South Park-style rendering of Hitler.

I’m sure it’s just fine for a glass top. They probably mention the induction because you need certain metals in order for the induction to work.

I don’t think I can buy this tea kettle…it looks like Sadaam Hussein.
