Great reviews, despite all the 1-star reviews from people complaining that this metal utensil scratched their (Teflon) cookware.
Yeah. Use this on stainless steel, cast iron, or glass. Metal tools are rarely recommended for use on Teflon and other soft non-stick surfaces.
This is probably not ideal for use as a big pancake flipper – too narrow!
