The description shows it as a heated outdoor cat house, but I do not see any heated elements for it.
Might just be insulated. Or, it might just have reflective material underneath to reflect back the cat’s body heat? It does not look like it has a plug or cord attached, so probably nothing like a heating pad is included. 
I have a similar house to one of these. There’s is a heated mat on the floor inside of the house usually. But I don’t see any info on that which is a little sketch. I think it’s just insulated but they’re kind of tricking people into thinking it’s one of the ones with the electric heated pads
“Outdoor” and “heated” and “water resistant” sounds like an exciting combination
I got this last time. It is not heated, nor insulated with the self heating Mylar.
That said, it isn’t a bad deal (for $20) as far as portable & weather resistant shelters go. I would definitely add in a self-heating mat for any situation and maybe try and insulate in places that get really cold.
It folds up nice and compact. I also have a more expensive & heavier duty version I inherited, but it isn’t insulated either and I think this version is great for inside and would work outside with a few adjustments.
