That Amazon link answered my questions.

PTZ = Pan (left & right), Tilt (up & down), Zoom (magnify, zoom in view).

Being able to Pan, Tilt & Zoom a security camera 360 degrees via app makes it a bit more versatile depending on needs. Point the camera to where you want it and zoom in to take a closer look.

And Yes, it has Auto Tracking. Camera will record and follow movement.
