Are the sanding sheets standard? Where would one buy replacement sanding sheets that fit this brand?
Looks like once you are done with the 10 sheets, you are done with this sander.
It uses triangle shaped replacement sanding sheets, used by many brands.
If you don’t typically need the tight access of this style (triangle) consider the more common square sanders. One standard size sanding sheet can be cut into 4 squares for replacements vs this triangle style (for corners, etc).
This is NOT a throw away, replacement triangle sheets ARE available, however, for routine flat sanding, the square style will be cheaper long term for replacement sanding sheets.
Thx, the description should make this clear. I could not find anything on replacing the pads. Even the site that sells these had an unanswered question on where to get replacement pads. If the main site could not answer this, i had to assume they were not for sale.
I have been trying to register this sander SINCE JULY 27!! The site doesn’t recognize the model number OR the serial numbers! It says in the Manuel that if I register online, I will get an extension of 1 year, making my warranty full for a total of 3 YEARS!! Their site also doesn’t recognize Woot.com!
Hi there per the features, this came with a 90-day woot warranty, not a manufacturer warranty. This would likely be the reason.
