Wondering if all of you all have received this item as I had to contact customer service as I have not as yet.
Hi there. It shipped but Amazon shipped it via USPS. There’s about a week stall/delay in that handoff for some reason.
So are you assuring me that I will receive this?
No. I don’t have that insight. That’s why I suggest you reach out to customer service.
I have done that and awaiting action.

Customer service is allowing replacement so I will be pleased when it actually ships!!
