I find my regular refuge in the shower, ah warm water, but then I tend to stay too long.
If it’s a warm day, cool water is good. Nice big shady trees, fresh mountain air. . . . yeah that’s nice.

I haven’t spent any time in the mountains in years. I’m more of a beach person now. But, that could be b/c I live on the Gulf Coast and haven’t lived near the mountains in years either.

My husband doesn’t like beaches and I’ve never spent enough time on the ocean kind of beaches to really get a fondness for them. I guess it has something to do with easily getting sunburnt.
