Mine just arrived. I was expecting “Flame” (orange) but got “Cool Mint”. Surprised but definitely not disappointed.
Someone grabbed the wrong box. Sorry about that. Is a great color though. Reminds me of my grandmother’s Fiestaware dishes.

The item listing is incorrect. This product I recieved was the round wide dutch oven. Not the round dutch oven. It is significantly shallower than the round dutch oven.

I’m pretty sure that I also received the round wide in the cool mint color. Do you know what the different dimensions of the two sizes are? And, is it possible to find out beforehand whether they have any of the original product in stock for replacement instead of refund?

Hi there. We do not have inventory for replacements. It was set up incorrectly and that is the item we should have had listed in the sale.
You should already have an email from Customer Service with the information of what to do.
