Every single word of this sounds like a snake oil scam.
the only thing missing from the ingredients, is bats blood, and Elve toenails.
Leaky gut is a real thing L-glutamine is the standard supplement to try and help. Leaky gut is always going to be related to other disfunction and so just supplementing with glutamine isn’t going to get one very far unless there is a broad treatment plan. In the end taking some aminos wont hurt though.
Who doesn’t love Snake Oil!
Slippery elm bark. Scientists in the lab be concocting all sorts of names
Hahahaha
There’s no evidence backing up the existence of Leaky Gut. Amy Meyers is a quack.
Sounds like it is intended to promote leaky wallet syndrome.
I have no clue if it actually works to help anything medically, but Slippery Elm is a real tree.
Nice cup!
That’s no cup. That’s a rough edged bung!
A quick google search has brought light to the current situation pictured above
Leaky Gut Syndrome: Symptoms, Diet, Tests & Treatment.
Regardless of our internet research, some people have f’d up GI tracts, and some people find l-glutamine has helped reduce their symptoms. Isn’t that good enough?
Not really. That’s a reliance on anecdotal evidence. People can find that l-glutamine prevents lion attacks, or that holding a rock reduces gastrointestinal problems. People find patterns and connections regardless of real effect. Let’s say l-glutamine really does reduce symptoms. Is buying it from Amy Meyers, packaged with all kinds of extra nonsense at an inflated price, a good way to get that l-glutamine?
