I bought this based on a positive experience with other Lenovo products. While it’s a Chromebook and listed as Scratch and Dent my unit was received in good condition and operational. It was simple to login with an existing Google account and get up and running in no time at all.
Basically wanted something a bit larger than a smartphone with a keyboard for emails and doing research online. At 1/8 the cost of my other laptop it still has a lot to offer under Chrome OS. For the daring it is possible to install a Linux OS but its a bit of a techie challenge. But at this price you can afford to risk it.
So if you on the edge of trying a Chromebook this is a great opportunity to do so for little cash and risk. Not too familiar with the AMD A4 processor but it seems better operational than the Intel N2000 series on a low end computing device.
So far a Good Experience overall.

One other point about this Lenovo 14e Chromebook is the output option for USB to HDMI adapter when doing a shared large screen to display work within a group setting and good battery life,.
END OF CHROME UPDATES
The Lenovo 14e Chromebook with the AMD A4-9120C processor will receive automatic updates until June 2026. After this date, Google will no longer provide software or security updates for the device.
Then it will be time for a FULL TIME replacement with a LINUX kernel and no Chrome OS. But for now there is the option to enjoy both side by side even split screen.
