The screen resolution for the device received is 1366x768, the product description is wrong.
I’m sorry about the issue. It should have been 1920 x 1080. Did you check display settings?

Yes, I checked the display settings and even install the drivers to ensure it’s accurate. I’ve contacted support and it’s been returned.
Also of note, that the power brick that comes with it is 45w instead of 65w if it would’ve been new. I would expect grade A refurbished with match the specs of the original.
