can I get extended warranty for this TV ?

Is this Refurbished AND Open Box or just Open Box?
It was originally sold as Refurbished then returned, tested as good. Now sold as “Refurbished, Open Box”.
So we don’t know which size we’ll get…? What is the return policy for TVs?
