$2 less than today’s price on the Mothership. Seems like something worth considering, especially because you’re getting two batteries and two blades. Those batteries look very “generic” making me wonder if there are other hand tools that might use them.
Reviews are spotty in terms of usability, with a few cautions about safety. Fakespot gives it an F rating, which to me means the seller might have suspicious or fake reviews for the product.
Still, for someone with the need for chopping branches less than six inches in diameter, it might be a decent choice over a full blown chainsaw.
I got one during the NaTiddy craze(they were selling for 42 ish from memory). It really does come in handy. I use it for woody shrubs that the loppers cant cut.
They’re a clone of Makita 18V LXT batteries. In lieu of the balancing board connector, these have an internal charging regulator and BMS circuit. Charging is done via a barrel jack from an AC adapter.
(Note that I am not staff. I just volunteer to help out on the forums.)
21 volts, baby! It surely must be better than its 18v and 20v counterparts with the exact same cell configuration. (These are pretty much guaranteed to be low quality batteries)
But the novelty of it, lol. Carve that holiday bird with ease.

If the cells used are 4.2V peak voltage and there’s 5 cells in parallel: 4.2x5=21V. Nominal voltage on these types of cells are 3.7V. Some lithium ion cells are 3.6V nominal, 4.0V peak.

2000mAh is well within the realistic expectations of an 18650. For a “no-name”, they might actually truthful here.
It’s when it’s a 1s5p configuration that’s advertising 3.5A and beyond where folks need to be weary.
