Amazing marketing. Either that model is using a larger towel or is incredibly short.
The dimensions are roughly 30" x 60" … or 2.5’ by 5’. Approximately a little over half a typical human’s height is covered between their knees and shoulders – for the towel to be draping over their shoulders and making it to above their knees, they must be twice the width of the towel… or 5’ tall. Anyone taller is going to be wearing it like a miniskirt.
Well, it still looks to be about 6" above her knee.
Mine goes almost to the knee but I am quite likely shorter than she appears to be.
It has, however, stretched quite a bit in width over the years and I can almost wrap it around me twice. Means the Velcro strips no longer match up with each other but it tends to stick okay to the towel itself (well not enough to be trusted if there are houseguests LOL).
So would you buy it again? I’m considering buying this. I am several inches shorter than 5 ft.
