Mine arrived today. I’ve already emailed support, but heads up, this was top-to-bottom my most disappointing Woot order in a long time. The box was a mess of stickers and masking tape, including one side that was wholly unsecured. Zero protective packaging/bubble-wrap. Router just bounced around in a could’ve-popped-open box. Worst of all, someone packed an Amazon-branded AC adapter that 1) isn’t the right voltage, 2) is grimy, dirty, and covered in half-torn stickers, and 3) doesn’t even fit the router’s power jack.
I’m unsure which supplier or “renewal” warehouse this came from–UPS suggests somewhere near Edison, NJ–but woe be to anyone who gets their orders from this one. Posting here for the sake of search-engine help in case anyone else searching online sees this and can relate. Here’s to hoping CS (only available via email for this order) can resolve the matter of the mismatched AC adapter so I can even test whether this thing works.
