Hi, I received the product but
- it’s used when the claimed condition from Woot is “new”.
- Protective film from the mouse bottom is removed and not in box, scratches seen at the mouse feet
- Serial number on box doesn’t match with mouse itself
- Missing USB receiver
- Severe used markings on the dongle
I have the photos for the above and would like to request an exchange. Thank you.
