Don’t bother if you intend to get an OEM Logitech cable.
I ordered this (normally $19.99):
Received an item that is NOT an OEM Logitech extender cable. It has ZERO Logitech logos as the one in the picture shows, as it is OEM. The one I received is currently listed on Amazon as: Extended Cable for Logitech G613 / G603 / G305 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse/Logitech G F710 Wireless Gamepad (Receiver Extended Cable) BRAND:LZYDD ASIN : B0BXSMYZ4T
I ordered the ORIGINAL made by Logitech, hence the word OEM (original equipment manufacturer), and received a knock off which goes for $7.99 ![]()
Hi there. I’m sorry about that. I’ve let our team know. In the meantime, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Thank you. I did notify them immediately, but I’m still waiting for a response.
Looks like they answered you early this morning.
Yes, they refunded the purchase, which is helpful, but I would have just preferred a replacement with the actual item ordered via exchange. They were still listed as available when this occurred. But what was done, is done.
